Silan Fish, commonly called as Tengan is a fresh water fish from the family of Catfish. It is also known as Pangas or Pangasius and has a medium-firm texture. It is a rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids and proteins. It is famous for its single bone and extremely moderate flavour. The perfect pieces are ideal for either grlling, frying or even making fish curry.
