Serving Instructions: Pan roast the kebabs by continuously turning sides for even cooking. You can also place these kababs on to a grill over a drip tray or into the pre-heated oven and then bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Tastes best when served hot with green chutney and a side of onion rings and lemon wedges.
