Chicken Seekh Kebab

Seekh kebabs acts as apetizer for almost all Indian parties. These mouth watering kababs are made with minced chicken and then marinated in variety of spices. This tendersome and flavorsome kebab recipe is perfect as a starter for any dinner party.

Serving Instructions: Pan roast the kebabs by continuously turning sides for even cooking. You can also place these kababs on to a grill over a drip tray or into the pre-heated oven and then bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Tastes best when served hot with green chutney and a side of onion rings and lemon wedges.
