Tengan, commonly called as Indian Basa, is a fresh water fish from the family of Catfish. It is also known as Pangas or Pangasius and has a medium-firm texture. It is a rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids and proteins. It is famous for its single bone and extremely moderate flavour. Due to its single bone, it is very easy to make large boneless fillets. The perfect boneless fillets are ideal for either grlling or pan frying.
This product can be served fresh or frozen depending on the availability.
